Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Observed water and suds on the floor throughout the back prep room. Employee stated the drain had overflown. When a drain overflows, the area should be squeegeed and mopped with a sanitizer immediately to prevent contamination from the wastewater. PIC stated they will put a ticket in for a drain service and had the employee sanitize the floor. The inspector ran the 3 compartment sink faucet and the drain was working properly at the time of inspection. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
