Observed organic buildup at the top of the soda nozzles. Asked person in charge (PIC) about cleaning frequency and said it is cleaned once a week. Discussed with PIC that to prevent less buildup cleaning frequency should be increased. PIC mentioned increased cleaning frequency will be discussed to staff. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. (2nd consecutive violation)
