Inspector's notes
Observed several sticky insect trap pads covered with 10+ dead cockroaches and other pests underneath the wooden multi-tap station behind the bar. Informed PIC that these pads need to be removed to reduce the attraction of pests and prevent the development of odors. Reminded PIC that if pest control services are needed, they need to be performed by a certified pest control applicator. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
