Manager discarded sanitizer contents of cup and replaced with properly identified container that has been labeled sanitizer and placed container along with other chemicals. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Second consecutive violation.

Observed chili with an internal temperature range of 100F-103F hot holding in the hot box with drawers. Per PIC, the chili has been in the hot box for over 2 hours prior to the inspection. All TCS foods improperly hot held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
