At the three compartment sink, observed a constant flow of water from the faucet and leaking from the base of the faucet while turned off. Sink must be kept in good repair. Having leaking and constant water can become a water source for pests. Please have the sink repaired.

Observed a Y valve on the mop sink with one side connected to an open hose and the other side a hose with a sprayer nozzle not in use. Y valves are not approved to be used on a mop sink. Sprayer nozzles are not to be left on the mop sink while not in use. PIC removed y valve and sprayer nozzle. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

In the salad prep cooler, observed cut tomatoes at 47*F, shredded lettuce at 48*F, cut ham at 48*F, and cut salami at 47*F. Foods were placed in the unit within the last 4 hours. Unit was holding at 41*F on inspectors min/max thermometer. Foods were placed in the walk in cooler to cool. All cold holding, TCS foods are required to be kept at 41*F or below.
