Employee stated it had been held as such less than a half hour and moved them to the bottom section of the cold table to re-cool.

Reviewed temperature/time requirements with manager and they put the whipped cream under time control with proper discard.

Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that pest control can only be used by a certified pest control specialist, and it can never be stored onsite. PIC removed all the pest control at time of inspection. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
