Noted several packages of taco salad with chicken, salad and cheese in box at 60'f. Per employee these have been out for less than 1 hour. Product was placed in cooler to hold 41'f or below. Be sure all TCS food items are promptly placed into cooler upon arrival to ensure temperature control. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding.
