Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 49-50 deg F Coby Jack cheese, tuna, chicken and egg salad. The food items were cold holding toward the front of the case and manager informed they had been in since the night prior and discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
