Generic spray bottles should always have a label of their common name to prevent mis-use. Person in charge stated it was alcohol and labeled it accordingly at the time of the inspection. Inspector's notes

Observed cooked carrot soup and cooked corn soup stored on food prep bench with internal temperature of 78*F and 79*F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. PIC stated the soups were taken out from refrigerator less one hour prior to inspection. PIC moved the soups back to refrigerator for fast cooling at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
