Observed employee washing and sanitizing utensils in three compartment sink, facility uses Ecolab Sink and Surface sanitizer. Attempted to ascertain the concentration of the sanitizing solution using several different test strip containers, all showed the sanitizer concentration at 0ppm. All dishes that need to be cleaned will instead be taken to the neighboring kitchen on the same floor to wash rinse and sanitize as needed. Ensure food contact equipment and utensils are able to be adequately cleaned using sanitizer or high temperature sanitation. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
