Observed yogurt, milk containers, lunchables, raw eggs, and cheese with internal temperatures between 50 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC had employees discard items at the time of inspection. TCS products shall be cold held at 41 degree Fahrenheit or below to prevent bacterial growth.
