Reminded the person in charge due to daycare serving a highly susceptible population (HSP), discussed with person in charge and kitchen employee that only pasteurized eggs shall be used unless baking or hard-boiling. The PIC stated the eggs are only used for baking activities for school aged children, not the daycare.
