Cracked or chipped floor tiles observed in front kitchen entrance areas and near walk-in and office areas. Some corner panels' lower portions have been repaired and have spacing or gaps that should be filled or covered.

Damanged, missing, or chipped tiles observed in various areas of the facility including below the window to the office, on the corner of the wall between the mop sink and restroom, below the hand wash station in rear of facility, and behind the oven. Missing ceiling tile above the pizza cutting station. Covers for junction between mop sink handles and wall need to be adhered to the wall. Caulking at hand wash both hand wash stations is missing and beginning to separate from the wall at 3 compartment sink.
