No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed some equipment that is used in the establishment that might not be approved equipment to use (the chicken slicer and the food processor). Also per PIC, the establishment recently discontinue the back of the establishment as a commissary for their other restaurants. The establishment is possibly thinking of extending their dining and adding another restroom where the commissary used to be. Explained to PIC, that the establishment might need to submit for a minor remodel if they decide to do the extension.
