Observed bean sprouts with temperature of 76 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection in a bowl sitting on top in the prep table, and in a container under the grill. Bean sprouts shall be kept at 41 degrees F or below to prevent microbial growth. PIC discarded sprouts at the time of inspection as they had been out about 2 hours prior to inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
