Predefined Comment: Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Establishment was observed operating outside the scope of their approved operating permit in violation of MCEHC Chap. 1, Reg. 4(a). Separate shed from main kitchen was observed storing pre-cooked brats, hot dogs and pretzels in upright reach in cooler that are offered to customers for consumption. Shed is located next to golf store and in front of golf range. In addition beer is dispensed and served from kegerator, with an ice machine next to it. Reach-in freezers were stored in shed and are used for excess food storage. At time of inspection, outdoor grill was observed being stored outside in courtyard of main kitchen but not in use at time of inspection. PIC stated outdoor grilling occurs on rare occasions outside of main kitchen.
