Inspector's notes

Observed ice build up on pipes in walk-in freezer. Please maintain equipment in good repair to prevent food spoilage. Digital Thermostat shows flashing temperature of 0001-0006F. At time of inspection all food remained frozen. Please make repairs prior to next routine inspection. Also observed upright reach-in freezer in disrepair without any TCS foods being stored at the moment. Please repair or replace prior to next routine inspeciton.
