Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Whipping cream inside insulated carafe at 48*F and 50*F, two containers of milk in reach-in at 46*F and 51*F internally. Manager stated the milk was used and left on the counter during busy times, but was not under time control. Discussed using time as control for the milk and provided guide sheet for time control. Also discussed ensuring the whipping cream carafes are fully cold inside before filling, capping and charging.
