Observed overfilled waste receptacles and trash bags stored by dry storage racks used for packaged foods, utensils, and other food equipment. Discussed an area designated for refuse shall be located so that it is separate from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles and a public health hazard or nuisance is not created or interfere with the cleaning of adjacent space. The person in charge removed all trash from the back dry storage area at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
