Establishment provided a seafood quality letter form the seafood provider. The letter did no specify if the fish is farm raised aqua cultured to be free of parasites. Spoke to the owner to discuss what information is needed from the seafood supplier. The establishment will contact the supplier to obtain a letter of certification the fish used is farm raised aqua cultured. The owner provided a picture of the fish containers with labels indicating the fish is farm raised, picture was uploaded to EDMS.
