Discussed with PIC a minimum of 1 inch of air is required as a gap between the drainage pipes and the floor sinks throughout the facility. This is designed to prevent the back syphoning of contaminants.

Observed several single use Deep Eddy plastic drinking cups stored away wet and had been previously used and placed back in storage to be used for drinks. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) the cups are single use only and are not designed to be washed and/or reused. PIC discarded all previously used cups at time of inspection. Observed maximum internal hot water temperature of 87*F at the hand sink on the south end of the bar. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Establishment has other hand sinks in the area with water with an internal water temperature of >100*F. Provide adequate hot water at hand sink prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 10/11/24.

Observed ice in ice wells with black and gray particulates in it. Person in charge indicated the ice may have been from the night before. Discussed covering the ice if it is going to be used for multiple days. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection.
