Upon entering kitchen, observed lettuce and tomatoes out on time as a control with no labeling. Kitchen staff was moving to label items but with the discard time 4 hours later from current time. Items temped at 70*f degrees. Per PIC items were placed out 1-2 hours prior. Discussed keeping items labeled upon removing from refrigeration on time as a control. Items labeled with the correct times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
