Observed turkey and cheese empanadas in front display cooler holding 46-48 F, temperature of unit was taken at 46 F using min/max thermometer. Per PIC empanadas were placed there 3 days prior. Discussed with PIC that TCS food items must be held in temperatures of 41 F or below. Empanadas were discarded. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
