Inspector's notes

Observed cooked vegetables in a strainer in a pot on the burner at the time of inspection with the burner off. Internal temperature of the cooked vegetable was 109*F at the time of inspeciton. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Per PIC, vegetables are typically kept hot with the burner on and had been cooked less than 2 hours prior to the time of inspection. All TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
