Observed can of pesticide stored inside the prep sink. Pesticides cannot be stored in establishment, and prep sink must be maintained empty unless being utilized for food prep such as washing fruits. Remove all items from food prep sink and clean thoroughly and let dry before using. All pesticide must be applied by a certified pest control applicator. Person in charge removed and discarded pesticide can at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Establishment operating without hot water. Hot water must be available at al handwashing and ware washing sinks at all times of operation. Per person in charge the hot water heater is not functioning, and a plumber is going to replace the unit as early as current inspection day around 5pm. Reviewed temporary water heating for warewashing using electric burner until hot water is restored. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection to occur on 1/15/26.
