Inspector's notes
At time of inspection a container of pre-cooked beans was sitting on top of microwave at 57 degrees. The manager stated the beans were in the process of reheating; however, no active reheating or handling of the beans was observed during the inspection period. After discussing the matter, the manager placed beans in the microwave to reheat to 165 Degrees. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Emailed report. **There is no separate hand washing sink installed in the rear room containing the walk in freezer. Food preparation and dishwashing does occur in the room. Per person in charge and long term employee there was never a hand washing sink installed in the room. No distinct evidence of handwashing sink being uninstalled observed. Nearest handwashing sink is just outside of the room near the beverage coolers. Reviewed importance of ensuring hand wash sink is utilized regardless of distance from preparation area. The Environmental Services Department will begin emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees in the coming months.
