Observed refrigerator unit across from three comp sink with many items out of temp. Observed mozzarella cheese at 47 degree F, Pepper jack cheese at 48 degree F, American cheese at 52-48 degree F, Hotdogs at 48-49 degree F, Chicken at 46-48 degrees F, and pepperoni at 49 degree F. Per PIC foods had been in there since Sunday and one of the connected refrigerator units had been accidently turned off. All items were embargoed. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
