Observed cold brew inside draft unit at 48*F. Observed inside main walk in unit with 4 Cold brew containers and main cold brew system at 45*F-48*F. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC confirmed internal temperatures. Per stickers cold brew was made two days ago and portioned out today. PIC will have employees discard improperly cold holding cold brew.
