Inspector's notes

Observed fans and condenser of walk in cooler frozen over with thick layer of frost. Air blowing in at temperatures of 48-50*F Infrared thermometer and internal temperature of 47.3*F using max min thermometer. As per the staff, milk stored in the walk in cooler was delivered this morning prior to the inspection. Attached freezer door was propped open to reduce internal temperature. Repair company was contacted. Milk will be removed and placed into other coolers after lunch. Internal ambient temperature dropped to 42*F while on site. Equipment must be maintained to hold cold food storage at 41*F or lower. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection to be completed within 24 hours to ensure internal temperature is at a level to hold cold food at 41*F or lower.
