Observed handwash sinks by ice machine and dishwashing area to have to paper towels or other means to dry hands. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Employee working with exposed food was wearing artificial nails and not wearing intact gloves. Discussed requirements for employees wearing artificial nails or polish with the person (PIC) in charge. The PIC had the emploee don gloves. Unless wearing intact gloves in good repair, a FOOD EMPLOYEE may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed FOOD. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 2-303.11 - Core: Prohibition-Jewelry Addl Notes: Employee engaged in food preparation was wearing a bracelet.
