Observed at least 2 cans of pesticide in the establishment. Discussed with person in charge that pesticide can only be applied by a certified and licensed pest control applicator. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed 2 handwashing sinks that are starting to become or have significantly detached from the wall. Discussed with person in charge to recaulk/reseal the handwashing sinks to the wall so that they are smooth and flush to the wall. Person in charge will reattach and seal the handwashing sinks. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
