Observed the half and half and oat milk canisters being held on time as a control, passed the discard time stamp. The time stamp discard time was 10:00 AM and they were held an hour and a half past this time. Informed PIC that the product in the canisters needs to be discarded. PIC removed the canisters and discarded the product at time of inspection. All food passed the discard time stamp were discarded at time of inspection.
