No County legal action will result from this inspection.Of note: MOP sink observed connected to a chemical dispenser downstream from the AVB. Observed the line depressurized. Per PIC, establishment prefers to use hot water for mop buckets which is not available for the dedicated water line. Advised PIC if using hot water to disconnect fully when not in use.
Inspector's notes
Observed multiple wiping cloths stored in quat sanitizer measuring less than 150ppm when measured with a chemical test strip. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Upon further inspection, the sanitizer dispenser was observed connected with a water input that was at a low pressure with air bubbles observed in the line. PIC ran dispenser to remove bubbles and mixed sanitizer with water input at full pressure. After dispensing, a concentration of 150ppm was observed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Advised PIC to utilize the hose bib above the mop sink sink the dispenser is equipped with a physical air gap.
