Inspector's notes

Observed an employee accept cash payment and then turn around to make a drink. The employee was stopped and educated on when to wash. After washing their hands, they returned to serving drinks. Discussed the importance of handwashing in reducing the spread of bacteria. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the staff. Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
