Inspector's notes

Observed small black insects crawling on tabletop and along wall towards back of establishment near employee break area. Per PIC, establishment has not had pest control services in over six months. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Please provide invoice for pest control to inspector prior to re-inspection. Reinspection tentatively scheduled for 11/6/2024. Correct prior to re-inspection.
