Observed Ranchero steak & cheese taquitos (3lbs~) being stored in a reach in refrigeration unit under the rotisserie cooking device with an internal temperature between 64-66°F. Per employee, the refrigeration unit had a work order placed that has still not been repaired. Out of temperature food was voluntarily discarded by employee during time of inspection. Ensure all TCS foods maintain an internal temperature of <41°F or less. Establishment shall cease using the out of temperature refrigerator until repairs are made.
