Observed an empty pitcher sitting in the basin of the hand wash sink located near the 3 compartment sink. Also observed PIC dump coffee down the hand wash sink located near the main line. PIC removed pitcher from the hand wash sink at time of inspection. A handwashing sink must be maintained so that it is always accessible for employee use and may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed window for the drive thru with a piece of cardboard wedged to prevent the window from being self closing and was being left open allowing some flies into the establishment. Advised PIC to either remove the cardboard from the window to be self closing or air curtain to ensure no pests enter the establishment. PIC removed the cardboard from the drive thru window at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-202.13 - Core: Insect Control Devices, Design and Installation Addl Notes: Observed the establishment utilizing open fly glue strips under the 3 compartment sink and near the mop sink. PIC removed fly strips at time of inspection. Discussed approved design criteria for pest control devices with the PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
