Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed the cleaning frequency for the shake machine which should be washed, rinsed, and sanitized every four hours when in use. Tape should not be used on the outside of the guard for the machine. FDA Form 1-B and a guidance document for cleaning procedures for vomit and fecal accidents were emailed with this report.

A can of insecticide was found in the chemical storage area. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
