Observed line cook wash hands for sub 5 seconds between a glove change touching bare skin of neck. Hands must be washed for 20 seconds start to finish. Line cook was instructed to rewash hands and did so at time of inspection with soap and water for 20 seconds.

Observed in use dishwasher producing 0ppm of chlorine verified with chlorine test strip, dishwasher was ran multiple times but could not produce sanitizer. Dishwasher was able to test between 50-100ppm by the end of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
