Observed rags being washed out in the hand sink, observed food employees standing and using snow cone machine in front of the hand sink, blocking its access. Manager moved the tasks away from the hand sink. Ensure that all hand sinks are open and accessible at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
