Discussed with person in charge (PIC) Single-use food containers are intended for single-use and are not designed to be washed and re-used for storage of food. Discussed to replace containers with food safe reusable containers or utilize food safe single use bags to line the containers to protect the foods, sauces and/or dry ingredients from direct contact with the container. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
