Inspector's notes

Observed no hot, running water under pressure at one kitchen handwash sink, and the hot water faucet knob has been removed. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Provide hot, running water to the sink as needed. Email proof of corrective action to inspector within about a week. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Foods must be labeled or documented of the time they were placed on time control and the time they are to be discarded. Reviewed time as control procedure with manager. Both are filled with hot water and changed out regularly. All water used to store utensils between uses is required to be kept at 135*F or above or constantly flowing.
