PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.13, P: Backflow Prevention, Air Gap At the building mop sink, inspector observed the black water hose noted connected directly to the Atmospheric Continuous Pressure Backflow Device faucet. The open end of the hose was submerged into the mop sink (below the sewage flooded level) allow no air gap between the 2 fixtures. Discussed the plumbing code violation with the manager at time of inspection. Manager had elevate the end of hose above the flood rim during inspection. :
