Observed a gap with light shining through on bottom of exterior door in the back of the kitchen. Install door sweep, weather stripping or adjust the threshold to provide an effective barrier against pests. The back door must be self-closing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed latex gloves in use for food preparation. Latex gloves are not approved for food handling. PIC stated the wrong glove was delivered and only approved gloves would be used. PIC provided poly gloves at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a pitcher filler installed at a prep table near the kitchen entrance and supplied by a tankless reverse osmosis system. According to PIC, the RO and filler is not used and will be removed. Observed cases of bottled water for service to customers. Remove the RO and pitcher filler or move the pitcher filler to the prep sink and install a regular filter. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
