The chlorine residual measured below 10 ppm at the ware washing machine at the front bar. The person in charge (PIC) verified the concentrations using the establishment's test strips. PIC was instructed to wash dishes and utensils in the 3-compartment sink until the dish washer is kept above 50ppm and below 100ppm. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
