Observed cut tomatoes, cooked meats and chopped lettuce inside reach in fridge with an internal temperature of 50F. Unit found to have an internal temperature of 46F. Person in charge states that TCS items were placed in unit no less than two hours ago. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. establishment had repair men onsite to fix unit at time of inspection.
