This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.FDA 01 2-102.12(A), C – Certified Food Protection Manager >>>>> Certified Food Protection Manager was not on site at time of inspection. PIC attempted to notify CFPM, but they did not pick up the phone. A CFPM must be on site during all operating hours.Observed a hand sink that had a sanitization bucket in it, instructed PIC to remove bucket and to always have it available for handwashing only. Observed employee marked food in the walk-in that was on the middle section of the shelf. Instructed PIC to move personal food to bottom shelf to avoid cross-contamination. There was no divider between the sink and the slicer to prevent accidental splashing from sink. Instructed PIC to get a metal divider or to move the deli slicer to a different counter space.
