Inspector's notes

Observed baby bell cheese, hot pockets, and a packaged BBQ rib sandwich in cooler with temperatures between 47.6 to 49.5*F at time of inspection. Per person in charge (PIC), all items were in the cooler since the previous day. Discussed proper cold holding with the PIC. Establishment has multiple other working coolers, freezers, & walk-in at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC about discontinuing use of non-working cooler until it is fixed. All TCS foods held cold must be held at 41*F or below at all times. Corrective action: Food was embargoed at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
