Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed with the PIC about ensuring that baked food items that contain TCS toppings (Goat Cheese- Fig pastry, Tomato-Basil pastry, Ham-Cheese croissant, and Cream Cheese-Fruit Danish) are refrigerated, or held using time as a public health control, or provide documentation that the noted items are shelf stable. The PIC stated that the items would be tested by a laboratory to determine whether or not the items are TCS once baked and/or the items would be refrigerated. Provided the PIC with PA and laboratory information. Currently listed products will be added to time as control policy and procedures. Recommend: adjusting hot water to hand sink water lines. Cover electric box in hall way area.
