PIC discarded all to go sauces. Observed imitation crab in a container sitting in ice water with an internal temperature of 50'F. PIC relocated imitation crab to the prep cooler. Observed 5 containers of whipped cream with an internal temperature of 60-62'F. PIC discarded whipped cream containers.
